Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services provided by Training Barn, including online courses, memberships, workshops, mentoring, digital products and live training.

By purchasing from Training Barn, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. About Us

Training Barn is the trading name of Emily Walker, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

3. Booking & Payment

Full payment, a deposit or the first agreed instalment must be received before your place is confirmed.

Where payment plans are offered, you agree to make all scheduled payments until the balance has been paid in full.

Failure to make payments may result in your access being suspended until your account is brought up to date.

4. Payment Plans

Payment plans are provided for convenience and do not constitute a monthly subscription unless specifically stated.

By choosing a payment plan, you are committing to purchase the full programme and remain responsible for all remaining payments.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Unless required by law, payments for digital products, online courses, memberships and mentoring are non-refundable once access has been provided.

If you are unable to attend a live workshop or mentoring session, please contact us as soon as possible. Where possible, we will try to transfer your booking to another date, although this cannot be guaranteed.

If Training Barn cancels an event, you will be offered either an alternative date or a full refund.

6. One Year Mentorship

Your place is reserved exclusively for you once your booking has been confirmed.

Because places are limited and cannot usually be filled after the programme has started, enrolment is a commitment to the full programme.

Monthly payment plans remain payable for the full duration of the agreed term.

7. Equine Creative Community (ECC)

ECC is an ongoing membership unless otherwise stated.

You may cancel your membership in accordance with the membership terms displayed at the time of purchase. Cancellation will stop future payments but will not normally refund payments already made.

Access to membership content will end when your membership expires.

8. Online Courses & Digital Products

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the course or digital product for your own learning.

You may not:

Share your login details.
Copy course materials.
Distribute downloads.
Sell or reproduce our content.
Upload our content to another platform.
Use our content to create competing training.

9. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, presentations, downloads, photographs, graphics, templates and teaching materials remain the intellectual property of Training Barn.

Purchasing a course does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

10. AI & Content Use

Training Barn's materials are provided for your personal learning only.

You may not upload our videos, downloads, presentations, workbooks or other materials into artificial intelligence tools or use them to create, reproduce or distribute competing content without our written permission.

11. Behaviour

We are committed to providing a welcoming and supportive learning environment.

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is abusive, threatening, discriminatory or repeatedly disruptive.

Where removal is necessary, refunds will not normally be provided.

12. Results

We provide education, guidance and mentoring designed to help photographers develop their skills and businesses.

Individual results will vary depending on many factors, including experience, effort and implementation.

We do not guarantee any particular level of income, bookings or business success.

13. Liability

Training Barn's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

14. Changes

Training Barn may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on our website.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
